HDPE dredging pipe is a special high-density polyethylene pipe designed for conveying mud, sand, gravel and seawater. It features outstanding wear resistance, impact resistance, seawater & acid-alkali corrosion resistance and light weight. Widely applied in river dredging, marine land reclamation, port dredging, tailings discharge, sand suction dredger mud discharge and municipal sludge transportation projects. Made of virgin wear-modified HDPE raw material, its wear resistance is 3 times higher than ordinary PE pipes and far superior to steel and cast iron pipes, resisting abrasion from long-term sand-mud delivery. High pipe toughness prevents breakage during floating operation on wavy sea. Standard sizes DN110-DN1200, pressure rating 0.6–1.6MPa. Customizable 6m straight pipes & 50–200m floating coiled pipes. One-stop supply of full dredging fittings including floats, flanges, elbows and tees.

1. HDPE dredging pipe is made of high-density polyethylene resin. It has high rigidity and toughness, low resistance, and high mechanical strength.

3. It has extremely high wear resistance, with a wear rate 4-8 times that of steel pipes, and a service life of more than five years.
